Flamethrower scrapper is best for mid-range AoE. The number of hits is ridiculous, just wave it around or keep using the "next target" hotkey. So now on the leveling process i want to learn this whole kit swapping thing from the beginning.My goal is to complete 100% map, story and playing event's and non premade group stuff also doing some T1/2 fractals from time to time. I'm mostly playing solo. The build i want to use should be a powerbuild.

This is the build that I use almost all of the time in open-world PvE. You can swap out the adept traits in explosives and firearms for whatever you want. Pistol Pistol Engineer is viable. I use a Kits build personally, and its feel is quite different than that of a pistol pistol thief. Its also rotation heavy so the vast majority of your time you'll be using kit skills as opposed to pistol skills. Engineer is viable but Holosmith is the preferred.
